Fabulous Room Friday: Can You Guess?

Does anyone recognize this gorgeous room from recent events?

It is the Dillon Room in the Blair House, located across from the White House in Washington, D.C.  The house was built in 1842 and serves as the President’s Guest House.  The hand-painted Chinese wallpaper from Gracie Studio dates back to 1760 and was installed in the room in the 1960s, when the Kennedy administration commissioned McMillen to redecorate.  During the Reagan administration, there was a massive renovation of the home, and Mario Buatta and Mark Hampton were hired to design the interior.  The extravagant drapes with gilded valance were designed by Buatta.  Here are a few more photos of the room (sorry for the low lighting).  It is just beautiful!
