Shipping

Most orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground.  Our base shipping cost is $8.95 for extra small goods with delivery in 2-3 business days.  If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can confirm availability.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.  We do not ship internationally at this time.   Please note that some items ship directly from the vendor and may ship separately from other items in your order.

UPS and FedEx deliveries are made Monday through Friday with no advance call. For items that require a signature, UPS or FedEx will make up to 3 delivery attempts.  After the third failed attempt, the packages(s) will be returned to our warehouse, and we will issue a credit for your merchandise minus round trip shipping costs and any restocking fees. Please reference individual product pages for more information.

Art ships via freight carrier. Once your order leaves, shipping can take approximately 1-3 weeks based on your location. You will be contacted ahead of time to schedule a delivery date and time window that is convenient for you. Customer is responsible for unboxing and placement in room of choice.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Please contact us to request return authorization.  You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise value.  Item(s) must be in all original packaging.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returned items, including insurance for the full retail value of the item(s).  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Returns on expedited orders will automatically be charged a 25% restocking fee.  Please reference individual product pages for more information.

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an e-design service, please contact us, and we will work with you to solve the issue.
